Karolline Dutra is the Co-founder & CEO of Guedu Atelier, bringing with her over a decade of international experience in construction, renovation, and cost and project management. Throughout her career, she has worked in countries such as Brazil,
Portugal, France, Spain, Ireland, and the United Kingdom, contributing to large-scale developments across sectors including real estate, hospitality, luxury, retail, industrial, data centers, education, healthcare, and sports infrastructure.
She holds a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, and a postgraduate diploma in Building Conservation and Rehabilitation from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa. Karolline is a specialist in project management, cost management consulting, and construction supervision, always approaching her work with strategic vision and a strong commitment to technical excellence.
A polyglot, she is fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French, with basic knowledge of German and Italian. She is a member of both the Portuguese Order of Engineers and the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy of Minas Gerais, in Brazil.
In addition to her background in engineering and design, Karolline is passionate about the world of wine — a passion that inspired Guedu Atelier’s color palette, giving the brand its depth, elegance, and personality. She holds an international WSET certification, globally recognized in the wine industry.
