xSmile Dental Clinic is a healthcare fit-out project located in Montemor-o-Novo, Portugal, developed for the implementation of a fully equipped dental clinic with medical offices, sterilization areas, technical rooms, accessibility compliance, and specialized medical infrastructure.
Guedu Atelier was responsible for the full quantity surveying process, detailed measurements, technical cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering support for the construction and technical execution phases. The scope required extensive technical analysis of the architectural and specialty projects, including medical equipment integration, water supply and drainage systems, technical infrastructure for dental chairs, acoustic insulation strategies, ventilation systems, accessibility requirements, and radiation protection solutions for the RX room.
The project demanded close coordination between architecture, technical specialties, construction feasibility, and cost optimization, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while maintaining construction efficiency and budget control. Guedu Atelier also provided strategic technical recommendations and value engineering solutions throughout the project development process.</p>
A xSmile Dental Clinic é um projeto de fit-out clínico localizado em Montemor-o-Novo, Portugal, desenvolvido para a implementação de uma clínica dentária totalmente equipada, incluindo gabinetes médicos, áreas de esterilização, salas técnicas, requisitos de acessibilidade e infraestruturas médicas especializadas.
A Guedu Atelier foi responsável pelo processo completo de medições, mapa de quantidades, consultoria de custos, orçamentação detalhada e apoio em value engineering para as fases de construção e execução técnica. O trabalho exigiu uma análise aprofundada dos projetos de arquitetura e especialidades, incluindo integração de equipamentos médicos, redes de águas e esgotos, infraestruturas técnicas para cadeiras dentárias, soluções de isolamento acústico, sistemas de ventilação, acessibilidade e proteção radiológica para a sala RX.
O projeto exigiu coordenação entre arquitetura, especialidades técnicas, viabilidade construtiva e otimização de custos, assegurando conformidade com os requisitos técnicos de saúde sem comprometer eficiência construtiva e controlo orçamental. A Guedu Atelier também desenvolveu recomendações estratégicas e soluções de value engineering ao longo do desenvolvimento do projeto.</p>
